Allah loves the one who is pious, content, and restraint (humble)

Sa‘d ibn Abi Waqqās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:

There are three characteristics through which one can obtain Allah's love. If one is:

1. conscious of Allah, the Almighty, observing His commands and prohibitions.

2. self-sufficient and not concerned with what others have, and satisfied with what Allah has given him.

3. humble, meaning: neither seeking nor interested in ostentation and fame.
