Birds, soaring and diving, must end their flight slowly. Landing and lowering their wings is harder than taking off and stretching their wings. Like a bird coming down from sky to earth that slows its wing beats and lowers them to gently touch land so was the Command of ALLAH (Glorified be He) to His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding believers: (And lower your wing to those of the believers who follow you) (Ash-Shu‘ara’ 26: 215).

Narrated Jabir:We were digging (the trench) on the day of (Al-Khandaq ( i.e. Trench )) and we came across a big solid rock. We went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "Here is a rock appearing across the trench." He said, "I am coming down." Then he got up, and a stone was tied to his belly for we had not eaten anything for three days. So the Prophet (ﷺ) took the spade and struck the big solid rock and it became like sand. Alhamdulillah and all praises be to Allah, the Bestower of benevolence, bounty and generosity to his servants. He is the Giver of countless blessings to all creatures and creations.
