"Verily, kindness is not to be found in anything but it adorns it, and it is not removed from anything but it makes it defective
‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Verily, kindness is not to be found in anything but it adorns it, and it is not removed from anything but it makes it defective."
A kind, gentile and compassionate person accomplishes what he needs to or at least part of it (in nice pleasant manner), while a violent and coarse person does not accomplish it, and even if he does, he does so with trouble and hardship.
