Reality: Arrives late. The customer yells at him.
If they followed Muhammad ﷺ: The customer says: "You must be tired." And gives him water.
The End: The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Those who show mercy will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Show mercy to those on earth, and He Who is in heaven will show mercy to you."
