How do you treat your servant and how did the Prophet treat his servant

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made them brothers for those who work for them. He said:
Your brothers are your property. Allah has put them under your authority. If someone has his brother under his authority, he should feed him from what he eats and clothe him from what he wears and not burden him with anything that will be too much for him. If you burden him with what will be too much for him, then help him.
Many are the rights of servants and workers in the Sunnah of the Prophet peace be upon him including:
To pay them their fees as soon as they finish their work.
To Be aware of harming them.
To Feel pity for the poor.
To Pardon them.
