His mercy with children

Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, said that the messenger of Allah, salllaAllahualihiwasallam, used to visit Al-Ansar, shake hands with their children and wipe over their heads.

 Consider how merciful and lenient  was the messenger of Allah, salllaAllahualihiwasallam, with the children. Stick to his Sunnah, do not you ever talk harshly to a child in a mosque or harm him, let alone neglecting educating him according to the Sunnah.
